UH OH
Without a garden and a stockpile of weapons, we're only 38% prepared for another Great Depression. Zoiks! Not that I believe we're heading for the big one, but....

You Are 38% Likely to Survive Another Great Depression

Your habits are pretty on par with the average person.

Unfortunately, this means your chances aren't good in another Great Depression.

Start saving your money now. Living in debt isn't doing you any favors.

Also figure out how to live a little more cheaply. Every little bit you can trim will help.

Even though I don't advocate panic--unless we're out of coffee--I do think it's practical to keep lots o' goodies on hand just in case something (power outage, earthquake, etc) happens. We have tons of food and hairspray, but I'll be honest, I don't have a clue how to build a fire. LOL!

Take the test and let us know if you're prepared!!!

In other news, Table for One got a nice review over at Novel Editions. Click here to see!

This is mine.

You Are 61% Likely to Survive Another Great Depression

Even though you may not be expecting the worst, you're the type of person who prepares for the worst.
You live a relatively modest life. You don't overspend, and you aren't very materialistic.

You are also quite self sufficient and independent. You have many useful skills.
You can take care of yourself and those you love... which is crucial to surviving another Great Depression.

It's that whole nasty clutterbug thing. My pantry is always stocked just in case. I'm terrible. I really need to declutter every room in my house.

It's good to have a stocked pantry! I do too. I think the quiz dinged me because I can't start a fire, have no garden, and stuff like that. I've thought about a garden, but not much grows around here--not sure if it's the high altitude (7000 ft) or the cold weather, or the rocky ground.

Maybe you should have a giant garage sale as soon as the weather turns nice!

I'm 59% ready to survive a great depression.

Maybe I should have a garden and learn to cook something without using my microwave...nah! :)

Am I the only dork who's completely unprepared, LOL!!! Erica, we use the micro a lot too. For us it's a Schwan's thing.

I was 44% ready. Not TOO bad. Probably because of all the guns we have. LOL Including a sniper rifle! I don't even ask anymore.

HAHAHAHA!!! Ok, maybe we'll stay with YOU!

OK, I have an idea--when the big one hits, Eileen, Linda, Erica, and Betsy can band together and form a co-op, which I will be glad to sponge off of. Tee hee hee.
