THIS IS THE YEAR...
...where faith and favor will intersect. At least that is my prayer!
I don't often blog on personal stuff, but we'd appreciate your prayers as we attempt to sell our home. You see, God's word has come to pass:
Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. ~~Malachi 3:10~~ ((Emphasis mine))
We are busting at the seams, and we literally do not have enough room to contain the blessings poured out on us. So now we need to enlarge our tent ;-) Today someone is coming to look at our place, and I'm praying all goes according to His plan.
Please pray with us that God lines up the buyer, finances, and timing just right.

Sending good thoughts your way, along with a bit of home seller's superstition. You will need to get a statue of St. Joseph. He must be alone and not carrying the Baby Jesus. Take your statue outside and bury it in your front yard, upside down with the eyes facing the curb/street. I know it sounds silly, but I know people who swear it works.
My hubby and I still own a home that we've not been able to sell in this dry market, but I know there is a purpose in God's plan. I pray the Lord blesses you with not only selling your home, but selling it at a fair price. Our God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly, and I stand in faith with you as we all trust in Him.
Dear Lord, please guide Georgiana and her family into JUST the right situation. ABOVE ALL, Lord, grant the peace that passeth all understanding, wherever they lay their heads. For the Son of Man had no earthly place to lay His head, yet changed the world!!

Georgiana, I pray your place will sell quickly. The four of us (before the Hyper Diaper) lived in a 850 square foot condo for a number of years. I know how hard that is. So I hope it goes quickly and wonderfully for you.
Praying! Selling a home is always exhausting, and you can always expect it to be difficult. But I know God will provide in His perfect timing!! Don't let the bumps along the way slow down your faith. Just because someone doesn't show up when they said they would, or can't get approved doesn't mean it won't work out the next time!!!
Thank you all! I really appreciate your prayers and good thoughts. After showing our place today, I have the distinct feeling this is not the one. But alas, I still hope!
