TODAY I'M THANKFUL FOR.....
....an amazing financial breakthrough that we've been praying for! I wish I could say I was full of faith the whole time, but I have to be honest--I was more in line with good ol' Thomas.
God was still faithful.
What are you grateful/thankful for this week?

Yay God!!! =) I think He's okay with the Thomas issue now and then. We're humans, we're sinful, we're weak. He understands. And the more times we notice and praise Him for His faithfulness, the fewer Thomas moments we'll have.
One thing I'm grateful for is you, Georgiana, and your open heart. Your post about the senior thing got me thinking this week. My boys are juniors in college and high school, they are growing up and making plans. I took a step back to appreciate the big picture and not just focus on the every day details.
Did your house sell???????
I can relate to this one, Georgiana! This week I'm thankful for the opportunity I've had to be a blessing to a friend whose mom-in-law had surgery and another friend who needed a last minute ride from the airport to the hospital where her daughter was having a baby!! Reminded me of the verse in Acts, "It is more blessed to give than to receive."
Have a fantastic weekend!
Praise GOD!!! I am so THRILLED for you, Georgiana!!!
Hmmm. I thank Him for so many things this week, which was a RED LETTER ONE!!
Finished my manuscript.
Made it to Beeville (a day late, which was spent with no fresh undies, no makeup, no toothbrush, but hey, I had a BOOK BAG filled with 25 lb. of books, so who cares about the small stuff???)
Yep, I'm rollin' today, girl.
P
I'm grateful The Eldest had a wonderful time in Rome and came home safe and sound.
I'm thankful that Spring has arrived, and soon we'll be planting flower and vegetable gardens, enjoying the outdoors! Have a nice weekend :)
Great is His faithfulness! I need to apply this to my own life, esp. my writing! I really needed this boost today. I need to cling to His promises and never let go.
Good point, Betsy! I am looking forward to fewer Thomas moments.
Linda, thank you! I needed to hear this today :D I am glad you found some inspiration here.
Sally, you will hear me scream all the way in Kansas when we finally sell. LOL! BUT, what happened gave me assurance that God still sees us and has compassion for our situation.
Hello, Maria! Your servant's heart is so clear through your actions. It IS more blessed to give, and God seems to multiply it back. Great reminder!
Patti, life is good with a 25 lb bag o' books, indeed! Congrats on finishing your ms. That's a great accomplishment.
CJ, I would be a basket case if one of mine were overseas. Glad to hear that your family is safe and well and together again!
Joanne, you must have a green thumb! Sunshine and planting sounds wonderful and I hope you take pictures :D
T. Anne, He is so faithful, and it's so affirming to get reminders on the way. Keep clinging, friend!
Bless the Lord!
I've never seen the righteous forsaken nor his seed begging bread!
Wonderful! I'm glad He's taken this burden from you! And I'm grateful for having my normal cheery spirit back.
Tamika, that is an awesome scripture! Thank you for the reminder.
Jill, I am glad you have your sheery spirit back, too. Great way to start the weekend :D
Yeah!!!!!! Don't stop...believing...come on, ya'll sing it with me...
LOL, thank you for breaking out with an Olivia Newton John flashback. Hey, I heard you have a thing for karioke.
