THE VOTES ARE IN!
I'm not talking about this season's Dancing with the Stars--although I will say I have my favorite and she is still there. BUT, I'm off in the weeds....
The votes are in for the high school talent competition my daughter sang in last night. Unfortunately, they don't announce the winners until today after the repeat performance. Take a listen to my daughter (on the left) and her friend--both amazingly talented young ladies. (Yes, I'm bragging, but what else is a mother to do?)

Elana, I sooo don't want to tell who I voted for because everyone would totally throw tomatoes at me. Let's just say, I wanted her to get through round 1, but I do hope America puts her out of her misery soon =P
